The Worrier to Warrior workshop was created by Lisa Dumas, an experienced yoga teacher who conquered disordered anxiety and panic through her own practice of yoga, meditation and techniques that aid in uncovering the roots of anxiety. Attain the toolbox of practices Lisa collected on her path, including gentle yoga, intentional movement, breath work designed to calm the nervous system, meditations, visualizations, self-inquiry and contemplative journaling.
You will learn to become present and calm within your body, manage your mind, work WITH emotions and reconnect with the part of you that isn’t afraid. No previous yoga experience is required. The Worrier to Warrior workshop is a journey of self-discovery and radical self-care. Please bring a journal and pen.
