This inspiring resource for members includes a live deluxe therapeutic movement practice every month, plus a live thirty minute meditation. and access to a rubust and continuously updated library of high quality therapeutic yoga, meditation and personal development experiences in various lengths and themes to support a strong body, peaceful mind and a courageous heart.

A 15 minute practice for grounding, restoring and revitalizing will land in your inbox every Monday morning. These offerings will include meditations, seasonal rituals, mindfulness practices, and specialized tools intended to soothe tension, nervous system imbalance, sleep issues, ruminations and even chronic episodes of panic.
A livestreamed monthly 75 minute therapeutic experience to integrate the skills you’ve received each week. These classes are intended to reduce stress, cultivate vitality, lift a seasonal mood and much more. Each class includes invitations to mobilize, strengthen and stretch the body, focus and calm the mind, and reconnect to the more expansive part of us.
Access to a robust library of over 200 Therapeutic Classes to choose from.
