The Wind-Down

Take a few moments this week to live inside your body with gentle movement and an intentional body scan. Experiences of presence give our active minds a chance to rest and our frazzled nervous systems an opportunity to settlle.

A Relaxed Awakening
I recommend this 20 minute joint rotation/movement practice as a way of helping you to cultivate calm, presence and a gentle energy as you wake up, or anytime you need an anxiety relieving, balancing experience.
Pause, Breathe and BE
A practice you can use anytime you feel the need for a reset. An invitation to slow down, foster present-centered awareness and just BE.
Self-Care First
A practice to wake up your body with care on slower mornings. You can use this supine full body movement sequence anytime you need a gentle refresh.
Receiving Relaxation
Receiving self-compassion by allowing ourselves to do less and rest productively. This practice invites you to recline on pilliows or a bolster and receive guided relaxation cues to release tension, become present and experience restorative rest.
Yoga Nidra for Letting Go and Letting In
Gentle movement relaxes the body and prepares you for the deep rest of this guided meditation featuring a body scan, imagery and inquiry inspired by the full moon- What would you like to give more energy to? What would like to give less energy to?
Stretch, Restore and Rest
A selection of held stretches followed by a restorative shape to further downregulate the nervous system and guided relaxation and rest.
Revive, Restore and Rest
Rhythmic movement to free and warm joints and muscles and prepare the body for a 30 minute restoring practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), a supine guided meditation that offers the body an experience of sleep, while the mind eases and clears.

A movement and meditation experience centered on the concept that even if we feel unsteady in a sequence that challenges our balance, yoga philosophy teaches us there is a part of us that is always peaceful and still.
